Panjiri, grandma’s favourite, is a highly nutritional snack and a treasure food being followed from generations. Grandmothers know that there is nothing that can beat the nutritional value of Panjiri and benefits it gives. Traditionally, Panjiri was consumed in winters only. But now it’s consumed the entire year due to the high nutritional benefits it provides to us.
